He also previously held the position of Vice President of Operations for Bear Ridge Resources Ltd.

Mr. Denecky is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience. The majority of his oil and gas experience has been in senior roles with publicly traded junior oil and gas companies. He previously held the position as Chief Financial Officer of Canada Southern Petroleum Ltd.

Douglas Hibbs is a professional Geologist with 28 years of oil and gas exploration experience. He was President of Bear Ridge Resources Ltd. from January 2005 to April 2007. Prior thereto he was Vice President, Exploration for Bear Creek Energy from January 2003 to January 2005; prior thereto, Vise President, Eastern Division for Calpine Canada Natural Gas Company from December 2000 to January 2003; and prior thereto, Exploration Manager for TriGas Exploration Inc. from September 1999 to December 2000. Mr. Hibbs held geological positions with Texaco Canada from 1980 to 1988, with Conoco Canada, located in Canada and the United States, from 1988 to 1996 and Canrise Resources (a Canadian Junior oil and gas company) from 1996 to 1997. In 1998, Mr. Hibbs founded and is President of Topsail Exploration Inc., a private oil and gas exploration company. Mr. Hibbs graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelor of Science, (Honors) in 1980.
Randy Bergmann, Vice President, Land - Kelly Novakowski, Controller
Mr. Novakowski is a Certified Management Accountant with over 13 years of experience. Mr. Novakowski previously was the Controller at Bear Ridge Resources Ltd, Ketch Resources Trust and Bear Creek Energy.
Mr. Bergmann is a Professional Landman with over 15 years of progressive and diversified oil and gas experience. Mr. Bergmann previously occupied senior and management positions with Samson Canada, Genesis Exploration Ltd., Vintage Petroleum Inc., Kinloch Resources Inc., P3 Energy Ltd., and most recently held the position of Vice President, Land, at E4 Energy Inc.

Mr. Goods has more than 30 years of experience in the Canadian and international oil and gas business. From 1992 to 1995, he served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (Western Canada) for Husky Oil Ltd. Prior to this role, he held full operating and financial responsibilities for Husky's Natural Gas and Heavy Oil divisions, for two and three years respectively.
During his career at Husky, Mr. Goods led evaluation teams and negotiated purchases and sales of oil and gas assets totaling more than $2.5 billion. He subsequently served as President and COO of RFG Resources Management Ltd., Mercantile International Petroleum Corporation and Silk Energy Corporation, managing producing companies and projects in Peru, Colombia, Myanmar and China. Most recently, Mr. Goods was the Chief Operating Officer for the Petroleum Division of the United Farmers of Alberta, having sales of petroleum products in excess of $700 million annually.

Jim Reid is Managing Partner, Energy with Brookfield’s Energy Group based in Calgary where he is responsible for evaluating energy related investment opportunities. Mr. Reid established Brookfield’s Calgary office in 2003 after spending several years as a Chief Financial Officer for two oil and gas exploration and production companies in Western Canada. Mr. Reid has been responsible for Brookfield’s energy lending business, and has completed over $2 billion of loans and energy related investments in addition to providing advisory services on many oil and gas related mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Reid obtained his Chartered Accountant designation at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Toronto and holds a business degree from University of Toronto.

Mr. Baker has been the Vice President at Brookfield Asset Management Inc. since May 2007. Prior thereto, he was the Vice President, Finance and CFO of Bear Ridge Resources Ltd. from October 2005 to April 2007. Before his employment at Bear Ridge, Mr. Baker was the Vice President, Finance and CFO of Aquest Energy Ltd. and partner of Collins Barrow Calgary LLP.

Mr. Steele is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with over 25 years of varied finance and accounting experience in the oil and gas industry with companies such as Northstar Energy, TriGas Exploration Ltd., Bear Creek Exploration Ltd., Ketch Resources Trust, and Bear Ridge Resources Ltd. Mr. Steele received his CMA designation in 1986 and a Corporate Finance Diploma from the University of Alberta in 2001.
Neil Bokenfohr, Director, Vice President Exploitation, Advantage Income Fund
From January 2005 to June 2006, Mr. Bokenfohr was the Vice President, Exploitation and Operations of Ketch Resources Trust. Prior thereto, Mr.
Bokenfohr served as Vice President, Engineering of Bear Creek (and Crossfield Gas Corp.) from March 2002 to January 2005. Mr Bokenfohr has over 17 years of oil and gas experience in petroleum exploration, development and operations. Mr. Bokenfohr received his BSc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alberta in 1989 and is a registered professional engineer with APEGGA.
