(1) On July 20, 2010, the Company closed an equity financing of 6,670,000 common shares at $3.00 per share and 2,000,000 flow-through common shares at $3.55 per share for gross proceeds of $27,110,000.

 

(2) On August 26, 2010 the Company forced conversion of the $4,000,000 convertible debenture. As a result of the conversion, the Company issued 3,333,333 common shares of the Company to settle the debenture.
